With almost 15 years of industry experience, our Strata Consultant is available to provide services from Planning stage of your development right through to settlement to review proposed designs for all new projects for operative effectiveness, provide realistic initial Owners Corporation budget and rules as well as review preliminary Subdivision Plan, setting up the Owners Corporation with appropriate and adequate maintenance and management schedule, tender for service contractors, OC and Facility Managers until handover to the Manager before settlement.
