This is U Design's first project which we were involved from reviewing town planning documents before the land was purchased to settlement of five townhouses. Our team provided working drawing documents, assisted the client with obtaining building permit, provided interior and exterior renders as well as marketing materials and agent's kit. During construction managed the project on behalf of the client, handed over the project as well as coordinated settlement of all five townhouses.
