Our client is a small business owner starting their first cafe in Carlton. They require, require a practical and low maintenance retail shop as well as enough space to display their feature products. The shop is located in a quite street under an apartment building surrounded with offices and apartments. With limited space offered, we provided enough working space for the staff as well as seating for 12 patrons at any time.
